‘Nong Benz’ or Ms. Titaporn Thong-art, an 18-year-old bachelor’s degree student from the College of Tourism and Hospitality Aviation Business, Sripatum University, won Miss Grand Prachuapkhirikhan 2022 to enter Miss Grand Thailand 2022 later.
On February 23, 2022, Mr. Polkrit Phuangwalaisin, Hua Hin District Chief, presided over the opening of the contest ‘Miss Grand Prachuap Khiri Khan 2022’ in the preliminary round of evening dresses and swimming suits at the activity area in front of Market Village Shopping Center, Hua Hin, with Mrs. Lisa Ungheng, President of the Culture Council, Hua Hin District, Mrs. Yuwanit Sornsilp, Director of Satellite Distance Education Radio and Television Station Wang Klai Kangwon School, Mr. Thanakrit Prahmaninil, President of the Lion Club of Hua Hin, TAT Prachuap Office Hua Hin-Cha-am Tourism Business Association and 13 beauties who entered the contest with fans to welcome among the large number of people visiting under the controlled measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The results of the preliminary round by the 12 distinguished judges revealed Hua Hin’s favorite ones that are Contestant number 6, “Nong Benz”, Ms. Titaporn Thong-art, 18 years old, a bachelor’s degree student from the College of Tourism and Hospitality Aviation Business, Sripatum University, received a sash and prize money worth 5,000 baht from Market Village Hua Hin Shopping Center.
The final round of the contest ‘Miss Grand Prachuapkhirikhan 2022’ will be held on February 24 at Holiday Inn Vana Nava Hua Hin Hotel, where the winner will receive a crown, a sash, and prize money, and will be a representative of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province to participate in the contest “Miss Grand Thailand 2022” later.
Miss Grand Thailand is a national beauty pageant event that seeks a Thai representative among many Thai women that is full of qualities such as beauty, knowledge, abilities, wit, and being a good role model in society.
