New tent yard area available for camping

A new tent yard area of Cha-Am Forest Park is now open for camping in pitching tents and enjoying watching white-handed gibbons.

According to Mr. Atthaphon Pao-on, head of Cha-Am Forest Park, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province, the park has an area of ​​368 rai, which is a health tourism area, including ecotourism and activities of camping and nature study. The highlight of Cha-am Forest Park is overnight camping in pitching tents and white-handed gibbons. The park is famous among both Thais and foreigners. Cha-am Forest Park is the only forest area in the center of the tourist city of Cha-am district and is about 500 meters from Cha-am beach. 

There are full facilities in the park such as houses, bathrooms, meeting rooms, seminars, nature trails, gyms, a visitor center, and a camping ground that can accommodate many tourists.

In addition, park officers have been arranged to take care of tourists 24 hours a day to ensure safety for tourists who come to use the service. Tourists can watch the cuteness and cleverness of Nong Chanees (gibbons) that gradually come out to welcome tourists.

Cha-am Forest Park is also close to many famous tourist attractions of Phetchaburi, such as Khao Nang Phanthurat Forest Park, Cha-am Beach, Maruekhathaiyawan Palace. Hup Kapong Forest, Fire Control Station, Huai Sai Study Center under the Royal Initiative, and Chang Hua Mun Project, Phetchaburi Province as well.
