Parents in Hua Hin are taking their children to get vaccinated before the school officially opens onsite on May 17.
Parents in Hua Hin took their children aged 5-11 to get vaccinated at the Vaccination Service Cooperation Unit by Hua Hin hospital in Bluport Shopping Center, Hua Hin, on May 9 for the first and second needles to prepare them for the opening of the full semester together nationwide on May 17. The schedule for the vaccination is as follows;
On May 9, Pfizers with orange caps are offered to children aged 5-11 years, divided into 122 pre-registered children, 1st needle, 2nd needle for 512 children who received the 1st needle on March 14, 2022, and walk-ins between 9 AM – 2 PM.
On May 10, Astra Zeneca and Pfizers are offered to teenagers aged 12-17 as the first and the second vaccine, and the third booster for those who will move to study in another city. The vaccines are also provided to those who are above 18, and the elderly for the first, second, third, and fourth dose. Walk-ins are also accepted between 9 AM – 2 PM.
On May 12, Pfizers with orange caps are offered to children aged 5-11 years who have received the first dose already. The time is the same, 9 AM – 2 PM.
The COVID-19 situation in Prachuap Khiri Khan is now improving accordingly. It found that from April 29 to May 9, 2022, the number of new cases is less than 100, for the 11th day in a row. By the latest numbers on May 9, 2022, Prachuap Khiri Khan Provincial Public Health reported 36 new cases, and no deaths. The bed occupancy rate is 36.2%. The total vaccination in Prachuap Khiri Khan is 78.21 percent with 72.14 percent for the second vaccine, and 27.85 percent for the third vaccine. In children aged 5-11 years, now the first and the second vaccination has been done for 70.55 percent and 27.58 percent, respectively
