The deputy crime suppression chief of Sam Phran station, Pol Capt Chaiyapoj Khotsamrarn and Pol L/C Phanadorn Changkhian have been suspended under investigation for allegedly abusing two handcuffed teenagers.
According to CCTV footage on April 30, the two officers involved violently assaulted two youths, including stomping their heads and beating them with belts.
