The “Thai Classical Music Performance by the Senior Masters of Rattanakosin” will be held on April 2 to celebrate Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s birthday, and Her Royal Highness will serve as the event’s royal patron.
Many employees, important people in the music business, and top corporate officials are expected to attend the concert in the Main Hall of the Thailand Cultural Center on December 15, 2022.
The Princess will be greeted by a delegation of dignitaries including Minister of Culture Itthiphol Kunplome, Permanent Secretary for Culture Yupha Taveewattanakitborvon, and Director General of the Department of Cultural Promotion Kowit Pakamart upon her arrival at the event.
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will be presented with over an hour of well-known Thai classical music compositions during the event, in addition to participating in a group photo session with the senior masters of the Rattanakosin Ban Plai Noen musical band and the executives of the Ministry of Culture, visiting an exhibition, and participating in the royal blessing dance commemorating the 90th birthday of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on August 12th.
Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn will play the “Lao Duang Doen” song and a Thai classical music composition with the Ban Plai Noen ensemble utilizing a wooden xylophone on the main stage before returning to the royal home.
