Under the royal patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, Surat Thani organizes a mobile agricultural clinic project to provide farmers in remote areas with access to agricultural services and a comprehensive solution to agricultural problems.
Mr. Wichawut Jinto, Governor of Surat Thani Province, assigned Mr. Chusak Ruoying, Deputy Governor of Surat Thani Province, on December 15, 2022. In the first quarter, the Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun presided over the opening ceremony and participated in the project’s activities for the mobile agricultural clinic. Mr. Chaiyaporn Nuphak, Agriculture Officer, Surat Thani Province, along with heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Ban Ta Khun District Chief, local farmers’ leaders, and residents of the area, participated in numerous activities for the fiscal year 2023.



The purpose of this event is to provide farmers in remote areas with access to agricultural services and comprehensive solutions to their agricultural problems. In accordance with the requirements of farmers, agricultural agencies integrate, train, and rehabilitate farmers so they can farm efficiently and sustainably, such as by providing soil analysis services. Diagnosis of plant, animal, and fish diseases, technology transfer and training for agricultural knowledge, 23 booths, and the sale of products by farmers’ housewives groups. community enterprise of the Ban Ta Khun District and neighboring districts, an additional ten booths.
The vice-governor stated, On the occasion of His Majesty the King holding the title His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn and Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s 50th birthday anniversary in 2002, the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives requested permission to establish a mobile agricultural clinic project in their honor. Her Majesty granted the project royal patronage and royal permission to include the royal monogram in the project logo. The project was inaugurated on July 22, 2002 in Ban Luang Subdistrict, Don Phut Cha District, Saraburi Province, and has continued to operate.
