Move Forward Party MPs Meet with Bangkok Governor to Address Capital’s Pressing Issues

Members of the Move Forward Party (MFP), including their leader Pita Limjaroenrat, held a meeting with Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt and his team to discuss collaborative efforts in tackling critical issues within the capital city.

The discussion covered various pressing problems, with a particular focus on addressing the PM2.5 dust pollution. The relocation of the congested Khlong Toei port was also a key topic of conversation.

Furthermore, the meeting delved into topics such as improving the city’s traffic light system, considering higher taxes on unused commercial land, and implementing a unified ticketing system for bus services.

Pita emphasized the MFP’s dedication to working closely with the city administration to address existing challenges and effectively manage future ones.

Chadchart expressed gratitude for the visit by Pita and the elected MPs from MFP, emphasizing the significance of this initial step in fostering collaboration between the new administration and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.
