Spartan Race Thailand 2023, in collaboration with the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), the Sports Authority of Thailand in Chonburi Province, and other major partners, held a press conference on June 10, 2023, at the East Pana Hotel in Chonburi Province. The event was attended by prominent figures including Mr. Witthaya Khunpluem, President of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, Dr. Suratchsanu Thongmee, Director of the Convention and Exhibition Promotion Agency, and Mr. Thithiphan, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya City.

The purpose of the press conference was to announce the highly anticipated Spartan Race Thailand 2023, Race 1, scheduled to take place from August 5 to 6, 2023, at Wisdom Valley, Khao Mai Kaew, Pattaya. This year, the organizers aim to elevate the event to the status of a Mega Event and World Festival, positioning it as a world-class festival. The collaboration between Spartan Race Thailand 2023, TCEB, Chonburi Province, Phuket, and the Sports Authority of Thailand is expected to attract athletes from both Asia and Europe to the stunning tourist destinations of Pattaya and Phuket.

The organizers project that the event will generate more than 500 million baht in revenue, contributing significantly to the local economy. Additionally, they plan to upgrade the stadium to meet world standards, ensuring a top-notch experience for participants and spectators alike. With more than 12,000 athletes expected to participate from around the globe, alongside over 20,000 supporters from various corners of Thailand and the world, Spartan Race Thailand 2023 is poised to captivate a diverse and international audience.
