Local Products and Cultural Delights Showcased at Talay Dao Villa in Hua Hin

On June 25, 2023, a special gathering took place at Talay Dao Villa in Khao Takiab, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. Mr. Udom Srimahachota, the owner of the villa, warmly welcomed Mr. Anan Reddang, TAT Director of Phrae Province, along with esteemed guests including the President of the Federation of Thai Industries, the President of the Tourism Association, hotel operators, and representatives from the Association of Journalists.

The purpose of this visit was to showcase Phrae Province’s exceptional craftsmanship, including local drinks, handwoven clothes, and teak carvings. The delegation aimed to foster closer ties between Phrae and Hua Hin, as they explored the cultural offerings and exchanged knowledge and experiences in the tourism industry.

During the dinner reception, General Krit and Mrs. Usa Phuangvalaisin, President of the Red Cross, Mr. Achawan Kongkanan, Director of TAT Prachuap (Hua Hin), and Mrs. Wassana Srikanchana, President of the Hua Hin Cha-am Tourism Business Association, warmly greeted and hosted the delegation. The visitors from Phrae Province showcased their local clothing, adding a touch of fashion and cultural richness to the event.

General Krit expressed his heartfelt welcome to the people of Phrae and emphasized the longstanding connection between Hua Hin and the charming tourist town of Phrae. He commended Phrae’s handcrafted offerings, which reflected the region’s cultural heritage, and highlighted the importance of building strong relationships within the tourism industry.

The gathering served as a platform for fostering friendship, cultural exchange, and collaboration between Phrae and Hua Hin, as they continue to strengthen their bond and promote the tourism industry’s growth.
