Swiss Tourist Rescued in Pattaya City After Genital Mishap with Stainless Steel Ring

Date:

Pattaya City, Chonburi Province – On the evening of July 24, 2023, rescue teams at Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan in Pattaya City came to the aid of a 52-year-old male tourist of Swiss nationality who found himself in a distressing and painful situation. The tourist had accidentally locked what appeared to be a stainless steel ring around his genitals, leaving him unable to remove it. The incident resulted in severe swelling and immense discomfort for the tourist.

The rescue efforts spanned over two hours as dedicated rescuers diligently worked to free the man from the painful predicament. The stainless steel loop, measuring approximately 2 to 3 inches in diameter, was eventually removed using specialized tools at a nearby hospital.

Mr. Thanapong Ok-Oun, the cut-off equipment officer, and Mr. Jerasak Nuchlek, Chao Sawangboriboon Thammasathan, Pattaya City, confirmed that they were alerted by concerned members of the public regarding the foreign man’s plea for help. It was reported that the incident occurred at the South Pattaya Dormitory, where the tourist had mistakenly placed the stainless steel ring on his genitals.

This unfortunate incident serves as a stark reminder of the potential risks associated with using objects in inappropriate ways. The rescue team emphasized the need for caution and urged the public to refrain from engaging in such activities to avoid serious consequences. They highlighted that this type of case is not an isolated incident and has been encountered multiple times before.

As the tourist recuperates from the painful ordeal, authorities hope that this incident will raise awareness about the importance of responsible and safe behavior to prevent similar mishaps in the future.
