The announcement was made during a press conference held on September 30, 2023, at the Long Lay Market, Sam Roi Yot District. Present at the conference were Mr. Sumet Charoensuk, President of the Sam Roi Yot Subdistrict Tourism CSR Club, Police Lieutenant Thiti Netsawang, President of the Sam Roi Yot Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Dr. Damri Kampanwong, Chairman of Long Lay Market, Mr. Sitthisak Noiphonphet, village headman of Sam Roi Yot Subdistrict, and Mr. Monchai Nusai, Sam Roi Yot District Chief.
