The event, now in its second year, aims to create new marketing channels for farmers in Hua Hin and nearby areas, offering them an opportunity to increase income, combat low agricultural yields, and stimulate the local economy. The Imjai Organic Market showcases a variety of goods, including fresh fruits, pesticide-free vegetables, OTOP items, and processed products certified by Organic Thailand and GAP standards. Over 50 booths feature diverse offerings, such as Siam Gold pineapples, fresh vegetables from Samakkhi Prida Farm, Robusta coffee from Ban Rai Thammachot, Mae Taew seafood chili paste, and Phu Wichit Farm’s cocoa and honey craft products.
